Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Fisher-Price Go, Diego, Go Tough Trike (Toy) First of all, I have to say, don't worry about the review that only gave this bike one star because of the recall. Yes, this bike was recalled in the fall of 2010 because the plastic "key" stuck out too far and kids were getting hurt as they fell on it. But they've fixed that and the bikes being sold today have a much smaller "knob" that kids can still turn but won't get hurt on.
We gave this to our son for his 2nd birthday a few weeks ago. It was an instant hit. There is some assembly required, but as soon as we got it together, he started driving it around. His feet don't reach the pedals quite yet (probably won't for another year), but that doesn't stop him from driving it "Flintstone style."
The bike is the perfect height--not too tall, not too short. It has a nice wide "stance" and I don't worry about it tipping over. The plastic itself is lightweight, but sturdy. It's easy enough to pick up by one handle and carry it around if I need to... Read more
